The Site provides information about our elopement and wedding planning services on Kauai, Hawaii, and lets you contact us. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or send us content through the Site.
Information on the Site is general and is not an offer or a contract. Any services you book with us, including pricing, payment, scheduling, changes, and cancellations, are governed by the separate written agreement between you and Kaua'i Elopements. When you send us content, such as inquiries, reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or videos, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and does not violate anyone else's rights. If it shows other people, you confirm you have their permission to share it with us.
For reviews, testimonials, and photos or videos you send us to share, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual permission to use, display, and publish them on the Site, on social media, and in our marketing, and to edit them for length or clarity without changing their meaning. You keep ownership of your content.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

We may feature photos and videos from elopements and weddings we have planned on the Site, on social media, and in our marketing, as permitted by your services agreement or with your consent. If you appear in content we have published and would like us to stop using it, email us at jessica@kauaielopements.com and we will stop using it in new materials and remove it from the Site and our social media accounts within a reasonable time. We may not be able to remove content that has already been printed or shared by others.
Testimonials on the Site come from real clients and reflect their own experiences. Your experience may differ. We do not prevent anyone from posting an honest review of our business. Reviews posted on other websites are governed by those websites' terms.
Our services may involve independent third-party vendors, such as photographers, officiants, florists, hair and makeup artists, transportation providers, and venues. These vendors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, products, or services.
The Site includes links to, and content from, other websites and services, such as social media, review sites, embedded videos, and online forms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and is subject to their terms.

Elopements and weddings on Kauai take place in a natural, outdoor environment. Weather, ocean and trail conditions, natural events, permit and access rules set by government agencies or landowners, and other factors outside our control can affect plans, locations, and timing. Photos on the Site show past events and are for illustration only. We do not guarantee any particular result, location, weather, or experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaua'i Elopements and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kaua'i Elopements and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, content you send us, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
